Data controllers

The four professionals working at 707 Studio, joint controllers under art. 26 GDPR — Via Giuseppe Garibaldi 53, 10122 Turin, Italy. Each operates under her own VAT number; the full list is below.

Data we collect

Only what you send us to arrange an appointment: name, contact, project description. No online payment, no user account.

How we use it

To reply and manage your appointment. We don't share it, we don't use it for advertising without your consent.

Event sign-ups

If you sign up for an event (for example the 707 × Ohara day on 25 October) we collect your name, email and, if you give them, phone and Instagram, to manage your participation and write to you about the event. The form is run by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium, EU), which stores the answers on our behalf. We only write to you about other news if you tick the optional box; you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@707studio.it.

Retention

Conversations stay in WhatsApp Business and the studio mailbox. You can request deletion at any time.

Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies. Technical only, needed for the page to work.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection. Write to info@707studio.it.

Informed consent

Before any tattoo, piercing or PMU you'll sign an informed consent and health questionnaire in studio. It is mandatory.
